About FURAHA
Furaha Family Childcare, Preschool/Pre-K program is a licensed facility since 2002. We offer daytime care in Seattle’s Maple Leaf Neighborhood. We have created an environment of respect, responsibility, learning, love, and most of all fun. We promote the development of the whole child socially, physically, emotionally, and mentally. We also believe it is important to instill in children the love of learning through creative play and positive reinforcement.
What We Offer
We accept infants as young as 3 months old.
The day care is open from 7:45am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday.
We offer parents night out once a month on a Saturday.
We offer a morning preschool/Pre-K program for ages 3 and older that are potty trained.
We study letter formation, numbers, science, art, history, p.e, theater, and Swahili language.
